How do I pay with a payment method other than a credit card?

If you'd like to pay with an alternative payment method, like a check, contact us to let us know. Be sure to include the videos you'd like to purchase.

How can I use the videos after purchasing?

Our videos are meant to be viewed at one location. If your organization has multiple facilities, each facility should create its own account and purchase its own videos. However, If you are a large organization with multiple facilities please feel free to contact us to discuss options.

How does a one-time purchase work?

If you select the "One-Time Purchase" option on a video, you will be able to sign in to this website and stream the video as many times as you'd like. There is no download available for purchased videos.

Can you buy more than one video at a time?
You can only purchase one video per transaction. You can save your credit card information under the 'Account Preferences' tab to allow for faster checkout if you plan on purchasing more than one video.
